The Movement System of Government

The Movement system means pluralism-in-unity, in other words, pluralism without factionalism.  There has been political harmony for large period of the Movement governance system in Uganda, based on all-inclusive national organizational structures, democracy has been achieved without the risk of unhealthy polarisations. This has given the country time to develop a healthy foundation for multi-partyism .

The movement system under President Museveni has created history of our country,  a legacy which will remain in the minds of all people of Ugandaand the world in general.

The leadership has enjoyed succession of elected president, with victories after victory.
