The embassy Visas are issued from Monday to Friday (9:00am - 1:00pm, 2:00pm - 5:00pm) except on Ugandan public and Japanese public holidays.

• One application (original signature is required)
• Two passport size photographs (about 3.5cm by 3.5 cm)

• Fees :

Short-term single entry visa fee: (valid for three months)   6,500 yen

• Vaccination for yellow fever and cholera is unnecessary. But the decision is left  to the judgment of the traveler

NB: Enclose a stamped, self addressed envelope if you mail in your application. Registered mail is strongly advised.
